These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mycuci2 ("mycuci2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mycuci2.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by mycuci2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

mycuci2 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform catering primarily to players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related services in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and mycuci2.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account with mycuci2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your Account's existence:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another Account with mycuci2 under any name, email address, device, or payment method.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of mycuci2 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or service providers.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from participating in gambling activities.
• The funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the mycuci2 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, mycuci2 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, consolidate balances in its sole discretion, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be attributed to you. mycuci2 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account. Any material misrepresentation may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. mycuci2 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances, subject to prior notification to the email address associated with the Account. Any remaining balance after deduction will remain accessible upon Account reactivation.

4.5 Account Currency. All Account balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are received and converted to MYR at the applicable conversion rate at the time of receipt.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. mycuci2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved Payment Methods as listed on the Platform's deposit page. Supported methods include, but are not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and all major Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. These limits may vary by Payment Method and are subject to change. Current limits include a minimum deposit of RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM100 equivalent for cryptocurrency. Specific limits are stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are generally credited to a Player's Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. FPX bank transfer deposits typically take 5–15 minutes to be credited. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require a minimum of one blockchain confirmation before crediting, which typically takes 15–30 minutes. Processing times stated are estimates and may vary under exceptional circumstances.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals to e-wallet methods are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. mycuci2 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.5 Withdrawal Matching Policy. As an anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals will generally be processed via the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Withdrawals to Payment Methods not used for deposits may require additional verification.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. Players must only use payment accounts registered in their own name. mycuci2 will not process deposits originating from, or withdrawals destined for, accounts held in the name of third parties. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. mycuci2 may offer various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are offered at mycuci2's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which should be read carefully before claiming.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×) and qualifying game types are specified on each promotion page. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permissible bet or wager per round or event is as specified in the applicable promotion terms, typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets in excess of this limit while utilising Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; other game types may contribute at rates specified in the applicable promotion terms. Sports bets may have their own contribution percentage.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds are time-limited. If the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated on the promotion page), the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited without notice.

6.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared network. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different Accounts or through circumvention of this restriction will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6.7 Bonus Abuse. mycuci2 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or systematic wagering strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without engaging in genuine play.

7.1 Game Availability. The games and betting markets available on mycuci2 — including slot titles, live dealer tables, Liga Super Malaysia and EPL sports markets, UFC events, and other offerings — are subject to change without notice. mycuci2 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, market, or betting option.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed within the game interface or market information. mycuci2 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.3 Cancellation of Bets. Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or altered by the Player except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet edit function. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, mycuci2 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round or bet, mycuci2's system will record the last valid game state. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to disconnection will be settled in accordance with the game outcome. mycuci2 accepts no liability for losses resulting from network connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7.5 RNG and Game Fairness. All casino games offered on mycuci2 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed international game studios. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game represents a long-term statistical average over a very large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

7.6 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a result dispute, mycuci2's decision following review of available evidence shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mycuci2 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of any person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Accounts under the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, sharing account access, or coordinating play in a manner designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's functionality and failing to report them promptly to mycuci2 support.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without legitimate cause following an authorised transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mycuci2 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by mycuci2.

All content on the mycuci2 Platform — including but not limited to software, website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mycuci2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of mycuci2 or the relevant rights holder. Scraping, crawling, or programmatic extraction of Platform content for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any proprietary rights and terminates automatically upon closure of your Account.

10.1 mycuci2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mycuci2 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 mycuci2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of wagered amounts, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10.3 mycuci2's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 mycuci2 accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by system failures, technical outages, cyberattacks, or events beyond its reasonable control, provided that mycuci2 takes reasonable measures to restore service in a timely manner.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

mycuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented tools and policies to support Player welfare.

11.1 Player-Initiated Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account settings. Reductions in limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period as mandated by responsible gambling best practice.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable.

11.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. mycuci2 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If you are aware of an underage individual using the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting mycuci2 support. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by mycuci2. mycuci2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time;
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause;
• Any conduct that mycuci2 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Balances associated with Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited in full, subject to mycuci2's investigation and determination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of mycuci2's operator entity.

By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under mycuci2's licensing framework for any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.

If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or our services, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. mycuci2 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints in a fair and timely manner.

mycuci2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. mycuci2 will maintain an archive of previous versions of the Terms upon request.
